Based on this philosophy, we combine traditional craftsmanship and state-of-the-art series production in wood and metal processing. For many production steps we develop our own special manufacturing techniques and efficient assembly lines, which makes us an established supplier of tools and accessories for the construction industry.

To serve you even faster in future, we are expanding the logistics area with additional loading stations. The removal of the automatic small parts warehouse allows computer-aided access to approx. 6,600 bins.

The roots of TRIUSO lie in wood processing

All operations are automated as far as possible.

Only in this way is it possible to produce high quantities with constant quality. For example, handles are cut on modern, electronically-controlled band saws, calibrated on automatic machines and precision ground.

As one of the largest and most experienced producers of snowploughs made from wood, plastic and aluminium, we know the quality requirements of our customers. Our flexible production allows us to react quickly and reliably to winter weather with prompt delivery.

Specialist in metal working

Our second works in Gotha specialises in efficient metal working. Modern-day welding robots, embossing, punching and CNC processing machines provide us with all the important parts. These precision machines make production more precise, more efficient and ensure consistent, top quality.

Everything from a single source

To produce quickly and flexibly, we manufacture metal and sheet metal parts in-house. This means we can largely avoid supply bottlenecks from suppliers. Fittings or shaped parts – such as snow shovel blades – are precisely punched on hydraulic production lines.

Quality can be measured

Final inspection is an essential part of the production process for us. For example, the correct position of the spirit levels for builder's squares is measured opto-electronically. Whether the pull-out forces of hammers or the hardness of the cutting edges: Continuous quality control guarantees the highest possible product safety.
